Attribution
Delivered files contain the mandatory notice:
© Overture Maps Foundation :: Licensed under CDLA-Permissive-2.0
You must keep this notice intact. Our base location data comes from the Overture Maps Foundation, licensed under CDLA-Permissive-2.0. The enrichment layer (emails, phones, social profiles) is generated through our proprietary AI pipeline.
Data Source
The Overture Maps Foundation is a collaborative initiative backed by Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, TomTom, and Esri. Their Places dataset provides the authoritative base layer of verified business names, addresses, coordinates, and categories that GeoData builds on.
The CDLA-Permissive-2.0 license allows commercial use with minimal restrictions -- primarily that you maintain the attribution notice and don't claim the underlying geographic data as your own creation.
Enforcement
Violation of the no-resale clause terminates your license immediately. If you have questions about whether a specific use case is permitted, contact our support team.
Refund Policy
GeoData does not offer refunds on data purchases, since the data is delivered digitally and can be downloaded immediately after purchase. We recommend downloading the free sample to evaluate the data quality before buying.
