1. Data we collect from you (our customers)

• •Name, email, company name, and billing information → processed by Stripe
• •IP address and basic visit information → collected automatically when you visit the site or click our Google Ads

(We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics tool.)

2. Why we collect it

• •To process your purchase and send invoices / download links
• •To show and measure our Google Ads (standard Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing – no cross-site profiling)

3. Sharing

• •Stripe (payment processor) – billing data only
• •Google Ads – IP, ad click ID, and conversion data (only for ad measurement and remarketing inside Google's ecosystem)

No other third parties. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Security & retention

We use encryption and access controls.

Customer data is kept for up to 7 years for tax/legal reasons, then securely deleted.

5. Your rights

Access, correction, or deletion → email support@thegeodata.com (we reply within 30 days, usually much faster).

6. The business contact data we sell

Emails, Instagram handles, and phone numbers are scraped from publicly available restaurant/cafe/bar websites.

This data is not considered personal data under GDPR when processed for legitimate B2B marketing purposes (Recital 47) and falls outside CCPA/CPRA consumer rights for publicly available business contacts.

7. International transfers (EU/UK customers)

Your data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for details.
